one of my favorite past time is karaoke. it doesn't matter how bad your singing is. because all that matter is we have fun. enjoying each other, singing any song that we want and be with our closest friends~ :)

my favorite songs to sing at karaoke are:

kelly clarkson walk away
beyonce listen :p (tho any1 who listen at me singing this will definitely gone temporary deaf)
spice girls viva forever
and many many many many more!!!
but most of the time i just sing along other peoples' songs coz i'm not very good at picking songs.. but i kind of know a lot of songs so wth~ :p

intelligent=beautiful?

I found this article in a blog and its a very interesting hypothesis. Enjoy~~

Empirical studies demonstrate that individuals perceive physically attractive others to be more intelligent than physically unattractive others. While most researchers dismiss this perception as a "bias" or "stereotype," we contend that individuals have this perception because intelligent people indeed are more beautiful. The conclusion that intelligent people are more beautiful follows from four assumptions.

(1) Men who are more intelligent are more likely to attain higher-status than men who are less intelligent.
(2) Higher-status men are more likely to mate with more beautiful women than lower-status men.
(3) Intelligence is heritable.
(4) Beauty is heritable.

If all four assumptions are empirically true, then the conclusion that beautiful people are more intelligent is logically true, making it a proven theorem. We present empirical evidence for each of the four assumptions. While we concentrate on the relationship between beauty and intelligence in this paper, our evolutionary psychological explanation can account for a correlation between physical attractiveness and any other heritable trait that helps men attain higher-status (such as aggression and social skills).

However, I couldn't get the conclusion of this article cause it was blocked and this is just an abstract of the study which was made on June 2, 2004 (my 16th birthday!). But U do get what I was trying to say right?

insomnia

i don't know what happen to me lately. the amount of coffee that i consume is still the same. but i've become more and more difficult to sleep. and that is if i can sleep at all. sometimes i just stay up till morning and sleep about an hour or so and then i'll be going to class. i find that my brain is working very effectively but every muscle in my body will be aching and it will be so hard to concentrate also. i'm thinking of taking sleeping pills. it's just so bad.. :(

new addictiOn

well.. as you can see.. i have a new addictiOn! ENRIQUE IGLESIAS the sexiest man alive. i love his voice so much.. his music give me goosebumps! the moment the sound of his voice touches my ear i can feel it crawling inside me, making me shiver.. and every hair in my body just stood up! i love him. so much!
